I have used a Rhine wine and salt ,pepper brine . Then roasting with apples and oranges in the cavity in equal amounts , using a roasting bag basting at 20-30 minutes apart , this gave a very moist turkey that was tender. I would like to better this with something extra ,,,any feed back would be considered. Thank you.
