In his book " Grand Livre De Cuisine: Alain Ducasses's Desserts and pastries" ,Ducasse did not state anywhere there- as far as I searched.... how many grams are there in 1 sheet of gelatin that was used in the recipes..
Does anyone have an idea? since I have gelatin sheets that come in 3 grams 4 or 5 grams...
