The membership of this site is mostly based in the USA.

You think this would be of interest to them... why?

Firstly, several of the people that I have been communicating with on www.cheftalk.com live in a European Union country. Furthermore, since airfares off season are far less expensive as well as hotels, this event enables travellers to taste the best of Spain as 55 various restaurants are participating throughout the nation. Additionally, many of the people that are blogging also have a great interest in Spanish Chefs, European Recipes and European restaurants in the countryside etcetra. There are also many interested in Indian cuisine too.

Food for thought.

Oh yes, one more point, there are several New York City Chefs participating which is why I had given the website details.

Are tyou seriously trying to instruct a UK citizen about Indian foods?  It's our second cuisine here - after all, we had an empire in the Far East for a couple of hundred years - something I don't think the Spanish ever had?

My comment was about the general common interest and the fact that there are many Europeans who blog on www.cheftalk.com , for example, you live in the UK.

If you re read my statement, I wrote, many people have an interest in Indian cuisine which has nothing to do with Spain.

Off, to cinema.
