I am helping my retail manager research a replacement Taylor soft serve machine. 2 flavor with swirl, air cooled. Just running chocolate and vanilla. The ice cream shop is open 4 hours in the afternoon and 1.5 late night in a conference center setting. Will see several hundred orders in the time period.

Ours is just old school chilled resevoir on top feeding the agitator chamber. And this machine has always been a dog.
Any body using something else?
