Hello Nicko

 

I've just subscribed to your site.  You say you need "greeters, cookbook reviewers, moderators, and topical experts' - what sort of assistance is it that your require?  I'd be interested to help if I can.

Welcome to ChefTalk Anne. We are looking for active community members to help with greeting new members, tag threads appropriately, and review cookbooks. It is tough for us to get cookbooks out to people outside of the US just because of the cost involved. Once you get used to the community a bit maybe you can help out with greeting and also with tagging.
