I am currently taking a class on modern techniques and plating ideas. Next week we have to come up with two deconstructed dishes for Thanksgiving. My main problem is plating ideas. If I could even find a webiste with some modern plating ideas for Thanksgiving I think I would be ok. I need something along the lines of what Thomas Keller or Grant Achatz would do. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
