Welcome Fennel

Variety: Florentine, Common

Part us: seeds, flowers foliages, stems, root., bulb

Actions: carminative, aromatic, anti-spasmodic, stimulant, galactogogue, rebefacient, expectorant

Apothecary

Fennel taken internally increase the flow of the milk for nursing mother, some part of the plant is widely use in culinary ways, can associated as a salad for the flow mothering milk

Internal: To relieve flatulence & colic, stimulating digestion, calming effect as a cough mixture for bronchitis and coughs,

External: As a compress in conjuncture of other plant for eye inflammation & conjunctivitis, or as an oil for muscular or rheumatism pains
