Hello All;
About 5 years ago, I found a recipe on the internet for a turkey breast that I marainated overnight and then cooked at a relatively low temperature for 3 or 4 hours. It used a spice mixture along with probably an acetic liquid for the marinade, perhaps maybe lemon juice. It was sooooo good but I just can't locate that recipe anymore.
Anyone have any recipes for such a turkey breast that is flavored just right that you really like ? Thank you very much, great chef's and home cooks.
