Hello from snowy British Columbia,
I'm a restaurant owner who's somewhat out of his depthbut having fun and learning lots! I'm reliant on good people, and am keen to expand my knowledge of the industry so I figured this forum might help. 10 years ago I started a travel company bringing skiers and snowboarders to Canada. Then in 2008 we started a restaurant to cater for our winter guests and so I found myself in the catering industry as well. As you can imagine it's been a roller coaster ride and a very steep learning curve with plenty of emotional moments. But we've had some great times and our clients have been happy.
