Hi everybody, I joined because I'm starting Culinary school in Toronto, January 2012.

I thought it'd be a good idea to become part of this Chef page :-) and I'm excited to start cooking and baking for people other than my family.

Welcome, Chef Adriana! Good luck with your culinary education. We have a fair number of students as well as culinary instructors here. By sifting through this site (we have a good search tool), you can read earlier discussions and benefit from 10 years' worth of information here. We also have cooking articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, photo galleries and more. So get busy!

 

What will be your area of concentration? How did you get the spark to get started with cooking? Was there someone or something that inspired you?
