I'm trying to find a recipe for madeleines using lemon verbena and rose geranium.  Oh....  mint too!  All the recipes I've found use an herbal simple syrup poured on over the baked madeleines.  I want recipes that use the dried herb itself.  If I can't find those recipes I'll just makea vanilla madeleine and put in the dried herbs but am uncertain of how much herb to use.  Any ideas?
