I have a Spritz Cookie recipe, ingredients buter, shortening, sugar, vanilla, salt and flour. one egg & 2 egg whites.
My question is: If I would increase the egg yolk & egg whites. Do you think I could achive a much crispier & higher cookie? Instead of it being more like a spritz cookie, I want to achive a higher & lighter cookie instead of a dense cookie. And still be able to pipe it out.
