With all the visitors we have had, we didn´t want to get caught without some pastries, cakes and cookies ... My twin grandsons Fillippo & Christophe and my grand-daughter Adyson have one of their favorites to share with the Community ... Team work was the key in this activity and the kids have had a wonderful time with it ...

Makes about 3 Dozen
Ingredients:
One package ( 8 ounces ) of Philadelphia Creamcheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks of sweetened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Minature peanut butter cups ( for hats )
Decorations such as decorating gels, colored and chocolate sprinkles and nonpareils
1) Mix cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
2) Add flour and baking soda, and mix well.
a) Shape dough into equal number of 1/2 Inch and 1 Inch diameter balls. Using 1 small and 1 larger ball for each snowboy or snowgirl, place the balls, slightly overlapping on an ungreased baking sheet.
b) Flatten to 1/4 inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in additional flour.
c) Repeat with remaining dough.
d) Bake at 325 Degrees Farenheit for 19 to 21 minutes or until golden brown.
e) Cool on iron rack
f) Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar and decorate with gels, sprinkles and nonpareils to look like snowboys and snowgirls ... ( Frosty the Snowman )
g) Cut the peanut butter cups in half and place 1 candy half on the top of each snowboy or snowgirl for hats ...
