WOW - that's a BIG introduction, Lionel!
We have a membership drawn from around the globe and all levels of culinary ability, from those just starting out on their culinary adventures to masterchefs, and all stages in between (I fall into the category of 'very enthusiastic amateur'!)
I hope you will find time to view some of the articles on the site, as well as the reviews of cookery equipment and cook-books and the photographs, blogs and wikis. All are well worth spending time to view.
Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum. We also have three professional fora which you might find interesting - but please don't confine your posts to those fora - many of us are not employed in a culinary trade and so those areas are read-only!
