Hello..i live in Geneva, Switzerland and am looking to get a culinary degree. Don't care so much about the degree or pestige of the school but want to learn good, strong culinary skills. I am a fairly good cook(i just cook for family and friends). I have not been able to find good cooking courses in this area and would even consider going to Lyon as this is really my passion and want to pursue it. I have looked at Bocuse but two and a half years for a degree is a bit much to commute on a daily basis so i decided to ask here for some guidance and recommendations. thanks
