One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

Firstly, this is a lovely medium bodied red hailing from Ribera Sacra, Galicia ... and pairs absolutely perfectly with cold cut Deli meats, pates, cured aged cheeses and appetisers in general ... Meze ... Tapas ... and is reasonably price ... The winemaker, restaurateur, rancher and breeder of Waygu Calves owns 6 restaurants, three in Madrid, 1 in Buenos Aires, 1 in Sao Paulo and 1 in Rio de Janiero, all called Rubaiyat. The specialty of his establishments is naturally raised beef cuts, filet mignon, prime rib, porterhouse, kobe, sirloin, entrecot etcetra. Rubaiyat, an unusual name for a Steak House stems from the owners love of the hedonistic Persian writer, his stanzas called Rubaiyat 700 years later. Furthermore, this red has won several wine challenger awards for newcomer wines around European cities. www.rubaiyat.com
