Have been a long time browser and decided I'll start piping in on some topics.


Started off at 14 as a dishwasher, then was given a knife to start prepping and haven't looked back since!


I'm currently working at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country in our 3 Meal/ In Room Dining (Room service). I recently moved over from banquets (feeding 2 to 2000) with my old supervisor who became the restaurant Chef. 


I'm a nerd and look into the science and why we do certain things and always like the latest trends.

We're glad you've decided to join in the forum, rather than just 'lurk'!
