I'm just moving to Macae, a city in a state of Rio de Janeiro. I dont know where to find pastry ingredients in here. i always try to replace everything with substitute. the selection in supermarket is poor. as well for the flour to bake. only one type :(
I know there is several great patisserie in Rio. I did went to 2 french patisserie and met the chef directly. They promised me to send addresses for supplier. But i never get any of their respond for months.
If you guys can help with number or address i will be so grateful. Thanks
