Wall Oven recommendations

So I've decided I'm going with an induction cooktop and now need to get a single wall oven. The problem is I can't seem to find one that has good reviews. When I look on consumer reports at the highly rated ovens, and then read the customer comments, they are completely out of sync. Almost all of them have problems with the electronic ckt boards.

 

Just not sure if the handful of customers that take the time to comment on the oven is a good overall indication that the oven in general it faulty.

 

I'm looking for a 27-30" wide model in the 1500-2000 price range (preferrably white in color). Open to any suggestions.

People tend to review things they had problems with more than they review things that worked well.

 

It can be tricky to navigate on-line rankings and reviews. Most are poorly done and this video explains a lot of why.

 

 

As to ovens, in general terms I'd look for electric, convection and I'd sure enjoy a rotisserie option in it too.

 

Brands, I don't know. I'd probably go to the library and go through back issues of Consumer Reports. Or I might pay for the online subscription so I could search through content more easily.

 

Yeah, not much help here. Sorry.

Yeah, I have an online CR subscription. That is where I saw there good reviews mixed with bad customer reviews. Sometimes, overwhelmingly opposite of what CR said about the product.  Hard to know how much weight to put on either. In general it does seem that the electronic controls are the culprit in most of the bad reviews.
