A light, Christmassy Morrocan dessert - Orange salad

I'm new at photographing my food.... Here's a very simple Moroccan orange salad - perfect for Xmas, light dessert after a hearty meal: oranges, Medjool dates, walnuts, orange blossom water, mint. A little bit of sugar was sprinkled on the oranges and the salad marinated for about an hour in the fridge.

Thanks for the comments guys. I think if anything, taking photographs of my food will get me to start thinking a bit more about presentation and plating!
