hello everyone. I'm study for my block 3, I studied my food costing chapter, did the exercises in my study guide. I googled for food cost quizes, nothing really out there.
wondering if you guys could help me, I'd like to practice more food cost exercises.
ex: yield test, applying yeild factors, goods sold, food cost percentage, cost base pricing, factor pricing, prime cost pricing, perceived value pricing.
