Firstly, due to several of our regular writers being foreign and travelling for the holidays, our group always have lunch before the 21st. Today we had lunch at a relatively new venue, however, of course Navarran Veteran Chef Pedro Larumbe has been in the business for aeons. He had recently relocated his Palatial rooftop restaurant located at Paseo de La Castellana 34 for a more vanguard in spot location.
