were shopping around for a new ice cream maker at our hotel, ours is definitely on its last legs. anyways just looking for some first hand input from other professionals on what to avoid, etc. were looking to spend about 3000, we make about 5 gallons a week in our current machine, (something like this- http://www.amazon.com/Lello-Musso-5030-Desert-Maker/dp/B000FIWZLO/ref=sr_1_2?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1325041156&sr=1-2) and id like to find something with at least a removable bowl so i dont have to lift the whole thing to pour out the soap when im cleaning it. thanks in advance, i know its a busy week for us all...
