I have never made this cake before and i was wondering if any one had some tips on making this cake awesome:
recipe
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cake flour
- 12 egg whites
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
It goes in at 350, was done in about 45 mins. We dont have any bunt pans at the restraunt so i made them in shallow 3rd pans.
