'Cinnabon' Recipe?

So I live in the UK and the only place you can order Cinnabons from here is London, for an absolute fortune (like 20-30 pound for 4 with delivery!)

When I was in America I fell in love with them, and I'd like to have a go at making something very similar since I miss them.blushing.gif

Does anyone have any recipes they've tried that taste similar?:) thanks!smile.gif

Todd Wilbur clones such recipes in his books and his website, topsecretrecipes.com

 

I've not tried the Cinnabon clones personally however.

The secret to making a Cinnabon Cinnamon roll isnt in the dough, its in the specially formulated Cinnamon and Cinnamon flavor they use in the filling.  Its not just cinnamon, its a combination of flavors and real cinnamon along with a few other natural ingredients.
