i am looking for menu from the titanic so i can pick some dishes for a theme night. Does anyone know were i can find one? .......... cheers

I own an entire book on the subject. (It obviously covers much more; food in the different classes of dining saloons, lots of menus, hundreds of pictures, and 50 recipes.) It has a section on creating a 'theme' dinner as well.

Excellent book for those who are interested in this sort of thing.

Interesting concept.  What kind of event are you catering for?  Wedding?

it 100 years in april since the titance sank. i work for a small company called titanic so we doing a theme week for it.
