One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

Hello and welcome!
I'm assuming that if you joined a few days ago, you have already found both the baking and the student fora? If not, there are specific areas for both those topics where you will be able to ask questions, get advice and hopefully, share your thoughts, too! Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum. Please note, though, that the Professional fora are read-only for those of us who are not currently employed in a culinary capacity (Still make interesting reading, though!)
The wikis, blogs, articles, reviews and photography on the site are all well-worth spending time to view and can be a source of inspiration, too.
Hope to see you around the boards!
