Just bought a PolyScience Sous Vide machine and am excited to explore a new frontier. I've sealed a few items in a machine at a restaurant where I help catering and it's a hassle. Now I have the green light to go buy one with a budget of up to $2,000.
This is for in home use and space is limited.... It will wind up in either the laundry room or the garage.
Any suggestions for a "medium" size model? I'm heading to the local equipment stealer to review some options and hope to order later today or tomorrow.
