I'm looking to rent some commercial kitchen space this spring and summer in the Huntsville, AL area. I'll be operating a food truck and will require only a minimal amount of storage space and the ability to clean and sanitize, get fresh water, and dump grey water. I would need access to the space for no more than 1-2 hours on the days that I operate and often less than that. The truck will be capable of handling most of my needs, but the health department requires a licensed commercial kitchen as a base of operations. Anyone have any ideas or have space available?
