Im 17 yo and the next year I think im gonna join a culinary school!!:D

My sister lives in Cyprus  and  it is a beautiful place. There are many discussions here about culinary school and I am sure that if you post your specific questions about them, you will receive some sound advice.

 

There are many chefs/cooks and home cooks and food lovers here from all over the world that share knowledge. Don't hesitate  to use the search bar . There are many articles, reviews and wiki's that you might find interesting as well.

Hello Jimmy, welcome to ChefTalk.

 

There is a specific forum on here for culinary students where you will be made very welcome and any questions you may have can be answered.

 

Koukouvagia is a member with close ties to Crete.  I love Greece and have lived on a couple of islands for a number of years - and visited lots more over the years.

 

The wikis, blogs, articles and photography on the site are all well worth spending time to view.  Please do not post in the Professional fora, though, as they are read-only for those of us (like you and me!) who are not currently employed in a culinary trade.

 

I hope to see you around the boards, and hope you'll add some of your family's favourite Greek recipes.
