Lots of interesting discussions here, and a membership from around the globe, although the site is American and most of the membership is from the Northern American land-mass (just to keep our Canadian members happy).
Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum. The Professional fora are read-only for those of us who are not working in a culinary capacity, but they make interesting reading. The wikis, blogs, articles, reviews and photography are also all worth spending time to view.
