Introduction of myself

Hi there,

Im a third year apprentice chef in Australia, fully qualified in October :)

I signed up to use the knowledge of the internet and try to spread some of my own. I've got deep interests in South East Asian cuisine and the dietary/nutrition side of food as well
I'm just hoping this forum isn't too heavy on bigotry and stagnant beliefs like others I have seen, I look forward to posting and sharing recipes!
