too many questions

i am currently a student in texas and i am transfering into a restraunt hotel mgmt program...recently i found out about a school called dubrulle in vancouver which offers a 17 week course for a culinary certificate...would it be an advantage to take the course before or after a rhim degree..also has anyone ever heard of this school..is it good?....any info would be greatly appreciated....

also the course starts on april 29th so i have a limited time frame to decide...

Welcome, Brad. You will find some very helpful information in the culinary students' forum. Try looking at some of the older threads to see extensive discussions on schools.
