I attended there program and I'd have to say it's the best program in the province. Expect a lot of pressure if you have no experience and things move fast. The first couple weeks I was reading at least a chapter a day and having to practice my knife cuts. They have very high standards and push as much as possible out of you. Their whole philosophy is based on being humble and not on creating egos. I'd have to say it is a great school to attend.
Hi, How is there baking/pastry program? What was the make up of your class (mixed, mature students, international, etc)? Who are the baking instructors? Very interested in the school.
