Hey everyone, another newb/noob here. My name is Jay and I'm a rank amateur. My wife and I live about 30 miles north of Atlanta (NY state transplant by way of FL).
I'm a 43 y.o. carpenter/remodeler and my wife is a new RN, so I'm the one who does most of the cooking (if you can call it that, lol), due to my business being pretty hit and miss (more miss than hit) the last couple of years.
Just found the site from searching for an alfredo recipe (yeah, another one of those guys).
Looks like a great site, I hope to do some good reading over time and maybe post some questions if I can't find the answers using the "search" function.
