sugar pulling

Thread Starter

Im a culinary student and i'd like to learn how to pull sugar but my chef doesn't know how. I've been trying to find a book on sugar pulling but they're all so expensive! Are there any places I could buy a good one for cheaper, or perhaps a book that isnt as expensive but still of good quality?
