hello everyone.

I love to cook, especially with addition some drops of rum (mostly prefer to use Bacardi Black) or whiskey into different meat dishes or even cakes. it gives the food an unusual flavor and aroma. I'm constantly looking for new recipes to amaze my wife. Of course, I'm not an expert or a professional chef, cooking is something like my hobby, I enjoy it, but I do not always have a masterpiece from the first time, but we learn from our mistakes.

Hello and welcome to Cheftalk.

 

I think you'll find that many dishes can be improved by the addition of alcohol of one sort or another - but often it can overpower a dish, too!  Our membership is wide, from around the globe and all levels of culinary ability, so you'll certainly be able to find like-minded people within the membership, I'm sure.

 

Feel free to join in on any thread you find of interest, or start your own in the relevant forum.  Please note, though, that the professional fora are read-only for those of us who are not presently employed in a culinary trade!  The wikis, articles, reviews and photographs are all well worth spending time to view - and can be the source of much inspiration, too.
