Hello. I was reading into some Culinary books, and I noticed that every big time successful Chef out there has had a Mentor. So... my question for all of you is, How would you go about finding a mentor that would take a brand new rising and passionate chef under his/her wing? any tips would be appreciated...

Write on them, go to talk for them. Show your passionate for them. I`m trying to find some good mentor too, but now when i working in apprentice ship, i just look what my more experienced workmates do, and ask advices. But go to some restaurants and ask if u can speak with the chef, and tttha`s the way! :)
