We have quite a number of Canadian members, so you'll feel at home immediately.  Our membership is drawn from around the world and all levels of culinary ability, which can make for interesting conversations here! 


Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum.  There are three professionals-only fora here, but I hope you won't limit your 'conversation' to those three, as we non-profs can only read those fora, not reply to posts or ask questions!


The wikis, articles, reviews and photography on the site are all well worth spending time to view - and can be a source of inspiration, too.
