I would highly suggest the following two Spanish 100% Tempranillo reds from Ribera del Duero:


1) Torremorón Bodegas

    Torremorón 2006 Crianza

    D.O. Ribera del Duero

    notes: Ripe black cherry fruit, stunner bouquet, velvety sipping and balanced equilibrium of acid and noble nosed, drinks like a   



2)  Emilio Moro 2009 Crianza

     Emilio Moro Bodegas

     D.O. Ribera del Duero

     notes: medium to full bodied, noble nosed and drinks smoothly with long after taste ( post gusto )


Specialties:  milk fed baby lamb, steak and a variety of meat dishes
