Look, you said you need everything, which probably includes refrigeration and display fixtures.
The best "deal" you can get, is to find a reputable bakery equipment store in your area, one that services what they sell, and aren't 200 miles away when you do need work done.
If you need the "works" to equip a new bakery, a Bakery equipment store probably can give you a decent quote--not as cheap as getting half the stuff via internet--but a decent quote, and unlike the internet, they 'll service what they sell.

My FAVORITE Deck ovens were the Doyon Artisan series with the proofers.
LOVED those ovens and they baked 2 pound loaves in 25min.
