Just joined this forum. Not a stranger to forums. So far I like what I see.

I would call myself a semi advanced home cook. Experimenter. Willing to try anything once. Interested in learning new techniques and combinations. Dabble in potables ranging from Microbrews thru wine to Single Malts. Food from home style to exotic cuisines.
