I've only just started cooking properly, not just pouring sauces from jars and I love it but wish I had started sooner. I've read a couple of the posts here and really hope I'm not completely out of my league. My sister is the first of my family to start cooking food from scratch and that was after she got married so I'm teaching myself as I go from cook books.
Mostly I'm hoping you guys can answer my many food queries as a cookbook can only tell you so much. :-)
