What exactly can you do with Tofu??? - Page 2

WOW. A nine year old thread, and it's the first one I walk into this evening. Crack me up. Anyway..... Generally I've got no use for this tofu product that you all seem to love, but since I do a lot of vegetarian menus I'll give this "Reuben" sammie a try. I need some help though. What is this "Bragg's Aminos" some of you have mentioned? Is it a common thing I can easily find? If not, what else could I use? TIA for your replies.

It is a liquid amino, salt type of product. Very simular to soy sauce, fish sauce, or Worcestershire sauce. You will find it in the health food or gourmet section, if they carry it. The bottle looks like a small bottle of dark vinegar.  Here is their site:  http://bragg.com/products/la.html

Thank You.

So as not to have to go out and buy this stuff to make said "Reuben" sammie, can I just mix up some soy, fish and Worcestershire sauce and marinate with that? Does this stuff have it's own special flavor? Does it give you some kinda mock corned-beef flavor? TIA again for your replies.
