WOW. A nine year old thread, and it's the first one I walk into this evening. Crack me up. Anyway..... Generally I've got no use for this tofu product that you all seem to love, but since I do a lot of vegetarian menus I'll give this "Reuben" sammie a try. I need some help though. What is this "Bragg's Aminos" some of you have mentioned? Is it a common thing I can easily find? If not, what else could I use? TIA for your replies.
