Good Morning to all,

 

My name is Sheresa but everyone calls me Ms.Reese;I recently just graduated from Culinary Arts school.....so very fresh and very nerves..If anyone can help me....I'm doing a caterting for my church for a group of 50 to 75 women ...wondering if anyone have a templete of a costing sheet so I wont make any mistake with the (LARDS.....MONEY)....LOL their asking how much moneydo I need and I really dont know yet, so if you can help me PLEASE do....awwww one more thing the breakfast is "THIS SATURDAY" on Feb 11,2012 and if any ideas im all ears i just want it to go smooth....my email is ms_sheresa@yahoo.com

If they did not teach you how to cost out a simple meal in school, then ask for your money back.

 

Are you cooking for this group for the cost of goods only, or are you charging for your time also?

 

You should have had a head count by Monday, is it 25 or 50? How are you supposed to know how much food to buy and prepare?

NO IM NOT CHARGING THE CHURCH FOR THE MEAL My School did teach me how to cost out meals i just.ask for a littlte help because i have alot going on....and im doing it buy myself and im aslo in school taking three other classes so that why i asked for a little help and its for 50 people ....thanks anyway.
