Multi Clad vs All Clad???

While not the answer to your question, All-Clad developed and patented the initial process and technique of layered stainless clad cookware. So they have the history and maket position of leaders in that niche. I think they've moved to 7 ply now instead of 3 but I've seen no testing to say it's any better.
