(FCI) French Culinary Institute - California Campus

I was looking to enroll in FCI and I looked at the NY campus first but then I realised that they offer the same program, same curriculum in Campbell, California and it's $10,000 cheaper + much cheaper rent! 

 

Just wondering if anyone has gone, or is going to the FCI in Cali, or if you know any differences, pluses or minuses to the Cali campus.

Well I would say that right from the start a plus about going to the NY campus would be your in NY. Understood, it is more expensive and the rent is insane but your in the what some would argue the culinary capital of the US. I say some because everybody likes to argue for the city they love.

The best education you will get is from small classes
Don't just be a statistic...
Work 1 on 1 with culinary instructors , taste , and love the food you make.
