So one night last week , I was preparing a meal at home with whatever I I had at hand...I ended up making a vegetable veloute' , with cream and thyme. reduced a little bit then served with pasta. ( would have made fresh pasta if I had the time / energy .)
Does anyone know what the classic name of this sauce is??
I have been googling and still can't come up with what is is.
I already do know what the derivatives of veloute' are, but I still can't come up with this one.
