I was looking at a recipe that goes over how to make chocolate from cocoa powder. Since I am a health nut, I have been trying to think of ways to make it a lot more palatable for the health conscious mind. Here's my questions:
1) Would it be possible to substitute the butter for peanut butter?
2) Can I substitute the sugar with agave or honey?
I have a feeling I'll run into problems with the peanut butter given that there is not enough fat(I use all natty peanut butter). I know this might seem gross, but could I also try mixing in some olive oil to make up for the lack of fat the peanut butter would contribute? Perhaps even avocado? It probably wouldn't work, but it might be worth experimenting with!
