Newbie in IN

Hello,

I am an exec at a brewpub in Indiana, and also a culinary instructor.  I am interested in networking and the sharing of ideas.  I am particularly interested in getting more involved in charcuterie and pickling, and I would love to get an experience with hunting/gathering a meal.

Welcome, Chef Nick! You'll find kindred souls here for all your pursuits. Our founder, Nicko, makes his own bacon regularly. We had a special guest here a while back, Bruce Aidells. You can read his conversations in his Special Guest forum here. We also have a group of people who hunt and who look for mushrooms, etc. Our site now has the ability to allow people to set up affinity groups, so you could see if there's one existing- or make one yourself.
